Returns/Exchange Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my small shop. Every item is made to order just for you, which means I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like wrong size, color choice, or a change of mind. Please double-check the size chart before ordering to make sure you’ll love the fit!

That said, I want you to be truly happy with your order.
If your item arrives damaged or there's a printing issue, please reach out to me within 15 days of delivery. I’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

To start a claim, just email me (hilzendeger.julie@gmail.com) with your order number and a photo of the issue so I can take care of it promptly.
